Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
At BillionX Sale (BXsale), we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with order details and proof such as photos or videos.
Since some products are shipped from international suppliers, return instructions may vary depending on the product type and location. All return requests must be approved by our support team before sending any item back.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status. If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
In cases of lost shipments, damaged items, or wrong products sent by us, we will provide a suitable solution including replacement or refund where applicable. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
